I uploaded my fully designed backdrop at 100% size. I got back a digital proof and didn’t realize it couldn’t be taller than 5’ without a seam. I had the location of the seam adjusted differently than where it was in the first proof, which they did perfectly. The finished product was very high quality and looks great.

I have ordered numerous 10 x 10 trade show banners. They are great quality, cost-effective, easy to set up, quick to ship, and the customer service is excellent.

Very easy to set up and break down. Less than 15 minutes. The frame came pre-assembled and was easy to snap and secure. Best with two people, but one person can manage if needed. No wrinkles. Not very heavy, about 28 lbs for the frame, and the banner was about 5 lbs. They came in separate packages.

I ordered a backdrop and two podiums. The customer service is super!! I sent my artwork and they were able to configure it and I did'nt have to try and mess with sizing it to a grid or putting it into a certain file. They did it all. I am actually ordering more from them again. GREAT WORK!!

I needed 2 backdrops with total measurements of 10' x 24' cut into three 8' wide sections for a production of Mary Poppins. The good folks at Backdropsource said, no problem. I uploaded my own images and they performed a mockup for my approval. Upon acceptance thereof they had my backdrops printed and sent to me within a week. The backdrops had high-quality velcro sewn into all 4 sides with corresponding adhesive velcro for the vertical surfaces. I couldn't have been happier with the product and the service.

The backdrop was not only beautiful, and the fabric is awesome. Many fabrics show wrinkles but not this fabric, it didn't even need ironing after hanging it up for a few days.
