    Return Policy

    Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer store credit and replacement for the orders. NO REFUNDS can be initiated for returned items of Printed Vinyl Backdrops , Printed Polyester Backdrops , Printed Canvas backdrops. We will not accept returns for customized items. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

    We do not color match. Colors may vary from material to material and will vary slightly from what you see on screen. Once a proof is sent and you cancel an order but once approved we cannot cancel or refund the order. We regret that Backdropsource cannot accept cancelled orders more than 14 days after receipt unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
