💡 Standard Returns

• You may return eligible non-custom products within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Return shipping is free.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-printed items (e.g., backdrops, banners, canvas prints) cannot be returned for refund unless defective or damaged.
• Once you approve the proof, the order is final — cancellations or changes are not allowed.

🛠️ Defective or Damaged Products

• Report any damage or defects within 14 days of delivery.
• Send your order number, photos, and a brief description to: support@backdropsource.es
• We offer store credit or a replacement, not refunds.
