    Shipping & Installation

    • Domestic Shipping: Free delivery is included on all orders. Once your artwork has been approved and your order confirmed, the finished display is printed and shipped directly to your specified address.
    • International Shipping: International shipping is available and includes customs-ready support to assist with cross-border delivery requirements.
    • Pickup Services: Pickup is not available. All orders are fulfilled through shipping only.
    • Installation: Optional professional setup is available on request and should be arranged in advance of the event date.

    Artwork and file setup

    Artwork can be submitted conveniently via WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, Email, or directly through the Upload Artwork button on the product page. If you do not have print-ready artwork prepared, our in-house creative team is on hand to assist with the design process — simply request design help before checkout and a member of the team will be in touch.

    We also offer a free 2D mockup preview so you can see exactly how your finished display will look before it goes to print.
